Marianne Blair is a lifelong storyteller, artist, and animal lover whose creative journey began in childhood. She wrote Dogs On The Loose! in 1994 for her young son, weaving together playful rhymes, counting fun, and lively farmyard adventures. Decades later, she brought the story to life with her own whimsical illustrations, completing the project with the same love and joy that inspired it.When she isn’t writing or drawing, Marianne enjoys cooking, traveling with her husband, spending time with her children and grandchildren, and exploring the beauty of nature. She hopes her books will spark imagination, laughter, and a love of reading in children everywhere. Dogs On The Loose! is her debut children’s picture book.
